Shipping Policy
In stock products usually ship the next business day. All products should ship within 48 hours maximum.
If you do not select an expedited shipping method at check out, your products will ship via the most economical method which is usually USPS first class mail. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment via email.
In the unlikely case that your item is backordered, you will be contacted immediately and provided with an anticipated ship date and possibly other product options. If an item is currently out of stock, not to worry! Your order will NOT automatically be canceled or refunded. We do receive back ordered items very quickly (usually within a week) and find that our customers prefer to just wait for the item to arrive rather than to receive a refund and then have to place the order again in a few days. You will receive an email notification when your backordered item has shipped.
Daisy-Safe takes great care to ensure that the quality of our products is unparalleled. In the rare case that you receive a product that is defective, we offer free shipping on returns/replacement within 30 days. Remember that after 30 days , we offer free replacement only.
For non-defective items being returned within the 30 day window allowed, customer will pay shipping charges. Also please be aware that a 10% restocking fee will be applied to cover the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned items. This fee allows us to continue offering competitive prices while ensuring a seamless return experience.
