Return/Refund Policy
While we do not anticipate any quality problems with any of our merchandise, exceptions occasionally happen and we want you to feel confident in the quality of your purchase.
IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM:
- Defective items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund or replacement.
- After the initial 30-day period from date of purchase, defective products may be replaced but no refund will be provided.
- Defective products are subject to authorization from Daisy-Safe LLC and do not include products that have been abused or lost, suffered damage to the unit from daily use, or manipulated in any way. Pictures and videos may be requested.
- Refunds on defective items are only available when returned within 30 days of purchase. After the 30 days, you may receive a replacement item only.
- Proof of Purchase and original receipt is required.
- Return shipping on a defective item is free of charge.
- To request a return, refund, or replacement, please email support@daisy-safe.com. Upon review and approval, a Return Authorization number will be issued. Items must be shipped back within 10 days of return authorization approval.
- Refund will be issued for product only and will not include reimbursement of shipping charges or service/handling charges. Additionally, please be aware that a 10% restocking fee will be applied to cover the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned items. This fee allows us to continue offering competitive prices while ensuring a seamless return experience.
